Where do Workplace Practices fit in the CSR picture?
Corporate Social Responsibility typically involves reporting on business performance related to various factors including charitable partnerships, environmental activities and workplace practices. Workplace practices describe how a business treats their employees and how are the lives of the employees benefiting by working at that business. The SPP is interested in exploring how people make socially-responsible purchasing decisions, and in particular, whether they base their decisions more on one factor or another. If you have an opinion or some insight into how you or others are making decisions to buy, please share with the SPP by email: info@sppcalgary.org.
